Our mission is simple: to provide pastoral care and crisis ministry to current and former members of the first responder family with trained and licensed Chaplains through education, counseling and referral. First Responder Ministries can also assist former and current first responders, and their families with benevolence. 

Although the foundations, educations, outreach, and teachings of this committee are based in Christianity, the LPD Chaplains Program will not discriminate or withhold any services to those employees that do not have aligned beliefs with that of a Christian faith.
